Terms of Use
Before using DuePair, understand the tool's scope, Pro purchase and reminder limitations.
1. What DuePair does
DuePair helps you track preorder items through deposit due, balance due, awaiting delivery and received, with reminders, widgets and Live Activities.
DuePair is a personal organization and reminder tool. It does not process payments, ship goods, provide marketplace services or mediate disputes between you and sellers or platforms.
2. DuePair Pro
DuePair Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple's App Store. It is not a subscription.
Free tracks up to 6 active items. Pro removes that cap and unlocks advanced reminders, periodic briefs, widgets, Live Activities / Dynamic Island and status color themes. Purchases can be restored with the same Apple ID, subject to Apple's App Store rules.
3. Reminders and time-sensitive features
Local notifications, widgets and Live Activities depend on iOS settings, Focus modes, battery state, network conditions and Apple platform limits. DuePair does not guarantee alarm-style or Critical Alert delivery. Important payment and delivery information should also be checked against official seller or platform notices.
4. User content
You are responsible for text, images, links, order numbers, tracking numbers and notes that you enter, import or share into DuePair. Do not use DuePair to store illegal, infringing or harmful content.
5. Apple terms
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. If no custom end-user license agreement is configured in App Store Connect, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
