How to combine orders from several platforms
For each item, save the platform, shop, original order link or screenshot, deposit, remaining balance, and relevant dates. Return to the original order before paying. Categories can group similar items, while folders can group a shop, batch, or set. Do not build disconnected lists for every platform. Sort first by the next action date, then group by shop.
DuePair does not connect to shop accounts. On-device OCR provides candidates from a screenshot, and you confirm them before saving.
- Two nearby deadlines: Two distributors close their balance windows one or two days apart. A calendar entry with only the brand is not enough. Include the shop and confirmed deadline.

Release month, payment deadline, and delivery estimate are different
A release month is the product plan. A balance window is when the shop requires payment. An expected shipment is the seller's delivery information. They may all differ. Do not infer a payment deadline from “releases in October.”
If the deposit is paid but the balance window is not public, keep the item in Awaiting Balance, preserve the seller's wording, and use Apple Reminders to check the announcement. Enter a DuePair payment date only after the seller confirms it. Do not move an unpaid order to Awaiting Delivery.
- Schedule-change example: When an email or group notice changes the date, update the record and every old reminder. Otherwise an alert may fire on the wrong day.
What happens after full payment?
Move a fully paid item to Awaiting Delivery. If delivery timing is unclear, use a delivery reminder as your personal check-back date and note that it is not a seller promise. Update it after a delay. Archive only after the item is actually received and no further follow-up is needed. You may save a tracking number, but DuePair does not query carriers or automatically detect delays. Several small character-goods orders
When several shops have small payments due in the same week, keep one record per order and note the shop plus confirmed date. Do not merge them into a vague “several balances this week” reminder.
A free giveaway is not a balance payment. A claim or event date with no payment belongs outside Awaiting Balance.

The App Store listing for 模玩库 describes collection and preorder management, including deposits, balances, shipping, status, and reminders. This listing was checked on September 30, 2026; the app was not installed or tested. A spreadsheet plus calendar reminders may also be enough, depending on your order count and maintenance habits.
